Rubin Burke was born in a small town in the country, the son of a battle mage. He was always fascinated by the way magic could change the course of a battle, and as he grew older he became obsessed with learning how to use it himself.
He left home at the young age of 18 and traveled the world, learning all he could about magic and combat. After several years, he finally found a place where he could honed his skills - a remote monastery in the middle of a wild forest. It was here that Rubin truly began to grow in power and learn about the true nature of magic. He became a battle mage, and soon began to make a name for himself as one of the best in the world.
He fought in many large-scale battles, drawing on his magical skills to help his team to victory. Though he's fought many battles, it was one particular battle that would have a massive impact on Rubin's life. It was a battle against a powerful dark mage, and Rubin used all his skills to defeat him.
However, in the process, he lost something more important than victory: his innocence. The dark mage had used magic to corrupt Rubin's mind, making him believe that violence and brutality were the only way to win. As a result, Rubin became a cold, ruthless warrior, willing to do anything to win.
He's never looked back since then, and has continued to fight in many large-scale battles throughout the world. Though he’s respected and feared by many, Rubin still feels something missing - he can’t shake the feeling that he’s not really living, that he’s just going through the motions.
So, in an effort to find something more meaningful in life, Rubin has decided to leave the battlefield and focus on training new battle mages.
He believes that magic can be used for good, and he wants to help teach others the same. Rubin is married to a woman he met while traveling, and they have a daughter together. He's afraid of spiders, but not in a creepy way - he just doesn't like the way they move.
His life credo is “Act with honor and integrity, and never forget who you are and what you stand for.” And his most famous quote is “A weapon is only as good as the person wielding it.”
