Arman Nauz, the legendary monster hunter of Old Elivia, walks as if his feet barely touch the grass. His eyes, two hazel lights, dart around, glimmering with elusive curiosity. He's built from sinew and grit, a rough body tempered by the many battles he has won against the monstrous beasts that lurk in the woods. Yet, there's a tender side to Arman exposed only to those he trusts the most.

Born and raised on the fringes of the deep forests of Old Elivia, Arman falls in love with the wilderness as a child. His family – a couple of blacksmiths and a younger brother, who dreams of becoming a bard – lives in simple harmony with nature, believing it to be a haven of tranquility. Until the day terror descends. A rabid Butandic Bull attacks their homestead when he's barely eight years old. He battles fiercely but fails to save his mother, who dies a sacrifice to their peaceful co-existence.

From then on, Arman is changed, hardening like the steel his father hammers into weapons. His motive is simple - protect others from the same fate his mother suffered. He dedicates his life to hunting vicious monsters, becoming a sword between them and the innocent lives of Old Elivia.

Arman's trophies, the clawed beast teeth and the sharp monster horns, hand dramatically on the walls of his rustic home. His achievements are whispered in gatherings in the halls of Old Elivia, sparking awe and setting hearts aflutter across the kingdom.

His heart carries a special place for one - the paladine, Dina Mallory. They grow up together, their bond forged in childhood adventures and shared turmoil. When Dina steps up to lead an expedition against the dangerous beasts threatening Old Elivia, Arman leaps at the chance to stand by her side.

Throughout his life, his trusty weapon, a silver-tipped spear named Oria, rarely leaves his side. It is a symbol of his dedication and a testament to the lives he's saved, resonating with raw power and unyielding loyalty.

Arman lives by the motto, "Honesty in heart, valor in battle." He firmly believes that truth and bravery are the best weapons against uncertainty and fear. Yet, as invincible as he seems, Arman isn't without his faults. His greatest flaw lies in his unwillingness to accept help. Cocksure and overly confident, he hates the idea of any protection oriented toward him, a trait that often blinds him to his friends' good intentions.

He carries a fear deep inside him, raw and overwhelming. He's terrified of thunder and lightning; the booming echoes remind him of the Butandic Bull's roar, the flashes mimicking the beast's fearsome sparkling eyes. This phobia sneaks into his dreams – his only fear he's yet to conquer.

Yet even in his fear, there's wisdom. "Our true strength," he often whispers to Dina, "lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall." This has become a famous quote, etched into the heart of his people, a beacon of courage in their darkest times.

Arman dreams one day of ridding Old Elivia of every monstrous beast, transforming it into the peaceful haven his mother once believed it to be. Until then, he walks the path of the guardian, the monster hunter of Old Elivia, protecting all that he holds dear with a fierce unrivaled dedication.
