Tucked in the heart of the bustling marketplace of Zaradesh, stands a quaint, magical stall, radiant with the colors of wild herbs and floral essences. The stall is known across the land for the woman who operates it, Gottari, the satyr lady.

Gottari is no ordinary woman. Craggy chiseled features of age grace her face, speaking tales of a thousand fallen suns. Her hair is woven silver threads, cascading to her shoulders. She hails from a lineage that walks the blurred line between beasts and mortals; she is a satyr bearing the upright stance of a woman and the strong, digitigrade legs of a goat. Wizened hands of Gottari are dipped in the wisdom of nature, brewing potions to heal the world of its palpable pain. She's a kind old woman who believes that the essence of life is to ease suffering.

Born with the whisperings of the wind and an innate understanding of the earth's pulse, Gottari learns the craft of healing from her elders. The family secret, a lushly bound book of age-old remedies and forgotten herbs, is her initial guide. It's not the book only that teaches her; Gottari studies the very fungi on bark, the secret language between bees and flowers, even the moon-lit dance of the tides. The cycles of life and death, ailment, and healing, become her sacred rhythm.

Life throbs enchanting, with an undertone of melancholy, as not all pain can be healed, and not all loss can be reclaimed. But Gottari learns to face the chill of winter nights, brewing warmth in her potion vials and her heart.

Her small stall in Zaradesh is her sanctuary where she finds purpose, healing folks from ailments both physical and of the heart. Her remedies, crafted with careful precision and generous care, swiftly become the talk of the town. Gathering flowers at dawn, she weaves them into a tapestry of colors and fragrances, each ingredient whispering its unique tale.

Gottari's best friend is an ancient tortoise named Flitwick. Flitwick shares Gottari's wisdom and serves as a comforting presence through the passage of seasons.

In the melodious chime of her laughter, you might hear strains of a forgotten romance. While she's never vocal about it, her eyes hold a thousand sonnets, an enduring testament to a timeless love story. Even the passage of time hasn't eclipsed the soft glow that swells her aged eyes at the thought of her son, a valiant warrior who roams lands far and wide. Her heart aches in the longing for her son, yet fiercer is the pride she holds for him.

Gottari's heart lies in an odd blend of contradictions. She's a believer of peace and harmony, yet she possesses a fierce spirit that refuses to bow in the face of injustice. Her political views remain rooted in balance and understanding, believing in a world where each creature respects the other's existence. No creature is superior, none inferior; everything under the sky is crucial for the symphony of nature.

A speaker of universal language, Gottari is also blessed with an exceptional talent for linguistics. Be it the tongue of birds or the whispers of the woods, she understands them all.

In the flickering candlelight of her stall, if you lean close enough, you might hear her crack her favorite joke with you. It is, "Why did the mushroom go to the party?" and the answer is "Because he's a fun-guy!"

Even in moments of levity, Gottari's connection to the essence of life prevails. Her symbol, a moonflower blooming in the cradle of a crescent moon, echoes her belief in the seamless intertwinement of darkness and light, death and life, despair and hope. Gottari's life is a symphony, softly whispered fortunes of nature and womanhood, a tale as old and deep as time itself, and yet, each morning it begins anew with the blooming petals of hope and the promise of healing.
