Kynyta
Born amidst the lofty cliffs of the Ingress Isles, where the air is filled with the melody of crashing waves and the sea breeze carries whispers of salt and seaweed, Kynyta takes her first breath. She's a dazzling siren touched by hues of azure and gold, her siren-song echoing through the islands.
Kynyta grows up in the shadow of her race's decline. The once-thriving race of sirens is slowly perishing, their main source of food–sailors falling prey to their hypnotic song–cut short by clever defense tactics. Kynyta develops anger, a boiling wrath towards humans early in her life, the seeds of it sown by the misery of her dying kin.
Around the age of 12, Kynyta and her siblings are forcibly driven out of their coastal home by desperate sailors. They find themselves in the bustling city of Avandia, singing for the humans in a cage, their hearts aching for the freedom of the open sky and the thrill of the hunt.
As Kynyta nears adulthood, a strange turn of events brings her into the life of notorious Lord Iffengen of North Baths. Sensing an opportunity to utilize her skills, he purchases her and some of her kin, freeing them from the confines of Avandia. Of course, it's just a move from one cage to another. Yet, Lord Iffengen’s offer holds a chance of air, skies, and flight.
With the transition of the sirens into Lord Iffengen’s kingdom, Kynyta is put through grueling training for aerial reconnaissance against the neighboring Altani Empire. Her audaciousness and quick wit make her a natural-born leader. Throughout the years, she rises as the beacon of her unit, commanding respect and loyalty in equal measures. Her anger towards the humans fuels her to push her boundaries, to serve with a burning vengeance.
Years pass, and Kynyta, now 29, has emerged as a powerhouse in North Baths. Her name resonates with fear in the enemy lines as her furious avian shrieks precede devastating attacks on the Altani Empire. Still, her anger, her resentment persists. Kynyta yearns for the freedom of her people, her once vibrant race. She longs for the taste of sweet liberty - a life beyond military commands and warfare.
Kynyta’s compelling journey is not yet at an end. The siren who once ruled the skies is now a powerful weapon of North Baths, a pawn in a never-ending war. Yet, the fire inside her grows.
