Yaarg was born in the small town of Lobo, in the foothills of the Southeastern Mountains. His parents, a farming couple, were content with their life, but Yaarg yearned for something more. He was always entertaining, telling stories and making people laugh, and he dreamed of a day when he could do the same for a real audience.
One day, Yaarg travelled to the capital city of Garron to take up a job as a clown. It was there that he met a young girl named Jaiana. She was beautiful, radiant, and full of life - everything that Yaarg was not. But despite their differences, they clicked and fell in love.
Unfortunately, Jaiana's family was not as content as Yaarg's. They were wealthy and powerful, and they did not appreciate a lowly clown vying for their daughter's affections. They set out to ruin Yaarg, slander him and humiliate him in front of the crowds, but Yaarg remained unbroken.
Eventually, though, Yaarg's determination and faith failed him. Нe was expelled from the city and returned home, heartbroken and disheartened. He tried to pick up the pieces of his life, but it was too hard. He stopped entertaining and drank heavily, trying to blot out the hurt that Jaiana's rejection had caused.
A few months later, Yaarg was approached by a group of traveling performers. They needed a clown to entertain their audiences on their upcoming tour, and Yaarg was finally given another chance.
Now, many years later, Yaarg still travels the land, entertaining whoever will have him. He is happy, and he is finally able to put the past behind him. He has a loving wife and a son, and he is proud to be the father that he is.
Yaarg's life is summed up by his famous quote: "Life is a funny thing. Sometimes you hit bottom, and all you can do is crawl back up."
